Mossy Bark
Mossy Bark is a supergranulating watercolor paint. It’s a mix of two pigments, which have seperational properties. This color seperates and granulates into brown and green.
Size: half pan, fits in all palettes designed for half pans.
Pigment: PG7, PBr11
Granulating: Yes +++
Lightfast: 8 (1 is bad, 8 is best)
Staining: semi
Transparant: semi
Half pans and full pans have the same standard size as well-known brands.
- Half pan: 2 ml volume
- Full pan: 4 ml volume
Each pan is generously filled to the top, dried in 5-6 layers with days in between, to prevent the formation of air bubbles.

- Packaging?
Your order is carefully packed, watercolor pans are are wrapped in a label made of hand-painted Arches paper, with pigment properties detailed on the sides. The label includes an anti-stick section to prevent the paint from adhering to it or the packaging.

I've never used paint like this before and bought it because I happened to come across it on Etsy. I didn't understand how much water was needed to get the granulation effect but remembered reading a review made by another customer that once a lot of water was added a beautiful turquoise appeared. I am so happy that I bought it, it's mesmerising watching the colours develop. Thank you so much for making this beautiful paint.
