Dear US friends,
It breaks our hearts to share this: our shipping provider has suddenly suspended all deliveries to the US because of new trade rules. This means we can no longer send orders as before.
If you wish to place an order, it’s still possible by using
FedEx, but shipping costs are much higher. Plus, when your package arrives in the US, they'll charge a custom fee of 15% of your order value. We are devastated by this and so sorry to let you down.
We’ll keep searching for a way forward and will let you know the moment things change. Thank you for your support, it means the world to us. 💔

Shipping Process

Once you've placed your order, I will will spring into action. I aim to process all orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that we've received your order and are getting it ready to ship.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-set shipping rates to various parts of the world. You can find all the shipping rates and options on our Cart and Checkout pages.

In-store Pickup (or Not)

As much as we'd love to have you visit our shop, we're an online-only store. So, unfortunately, in-store pickup isn't an option. But hey, never say never! In the most extreme case, if you really, really, really want to pick up your order in person, reach out to us directly, and we'll see what we can do. We love surprises!

Tracking Your Order

We want you to be as excited as a kid in a candy store when your order is on its way. That's why we'll send you an email notification once your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number and other details for you to keep an eye on your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If it's been 21 days since you received your shipping confirmation email without receiving your order, don't panic! Just drop us a line at shop@tinywatercolorart.com with your name and order number, and we'll dive into the situation for you.
